EdmontonCustomHome provides specialized financial consulting services in real estate investment yield analysis, construction cost auditing for commercial projects, fixed asset valuation, and mortgage financing strategies. Services are provided exclusively based on these terms.
The User undertakes to provide complete and accurate information for evaluations. EdmontonCustomHome undertakes to perform the services with professional diligence, in accordance with industry standards. Any report or analysis is intended exclusively for the client's internal use.
EdmontonCustomHome assumes no liability for investment decisions made based on the analyses provided. Our total liability, under any circumstances, is limited to the value of the fee paid for the respective service. We are not liable for indirect losses or consequential damages.
All service fees are due in full at the time of order. Refunds are granted only if the service cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to us. No refunds are granted for a change of opinion or personal circumstances.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services in the event of a breach of terms, including the provision of false information or abusive use of the platform. The User may request termination at any time, without the right to a refund.
These terms may be modified periodically. Users will be notified 30 days in advance via email. Continued use of the services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
